The in-app inbox collects everything the system wants you to know: new bookings, task assignments, reminders and escalations. A bell badge in the navigation shows your unread count; the same events can also reach you by email depending on your preferences.

Email preferences

Every user controls which categories of email they receive. In-app notifications always arrive; email is opt-in per category.
