Housekeeping and maintenance work is organized on an operational task board, backed by templates and automatic assignment rules.

The task board

The operational task board groups housekeeping and maintenance work by status. Tasks are generated automatically — for example, a cleaning task appears as soon as a guest checks out — and can be filtered by role, floor, assignee, priority, or blocked/overdue state.

Managing tasks and templates

The task management page is where supervisors create one-off tasks, maintain the task template registry, and administer coverage rules that decide which housekeeper is auto-assigned which rooms.
